Hours: Full Time, Permanent, 40 hours per week
Our client is looking for an experienced Home Manager to lead a Supported Accommodation service for young people aged 16-18 leaving care. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive organisation and play a key role in helping young people develop the skills and confidence to live independently.
The Role:
- Lead the day-to-day running of the service.
- Manage, support and develop the staff team.
- Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance.
- Build positive relationships with young people and partner agencies.
- Promote independence and positive outcomes.
Working Pattern:
- 40 hours per week
- 24 administrative hours
- 1 support shift per week
- 1 sleep-in per week
Requirements:
- Previous management or deputy management experience within supported accommodation or residential childcare.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of safeguarding and supporting young people leaving care.
- Relevant qualification desirable.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
