Residential Childcare Support Worker and Senior
Location: Woodville, Swadlincote (DE11) Salary: £32,900 - £34,900 per annum including 5 sleep-ins We are recruiting on behalf of a growing children's care provider opening their first children's residential home in Woodville near Swadlincote. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the founding team of a brand-new Learning Disabilities service supporting young people within a small therapeutic environment with a strong 3:1 staffing ratio. The home will initially support one 15-year-old young person, with capacity for two children overall. We are currently recruiting for: Residential Childcare Workers Senior Residential Support Workers The Opportunity You will play a key role in supporting young people with daily routines, education, activities and emotional wellbeing, helping to create a safe, nurturing and structured home environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates from children's residential care backgrounds, as well as individuals with transferable experience from care, education or support work who are looking to progress within the sector.
