Salary: £35,800 - £36,300 per year (inclusive of sleep ins)

About the Role

Our client is seeking Qualified Residential Childcare Practitioners to join their dedicated team in children's residential homes in Castleford. You will play a crucial role in supporting and caring for children and young people, helping them develop life skills, build positive relationships, and achieve their full potential. You will work alongside a Senior Co-Worker on a structured rota, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in children's residential care or transferable skills
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Care or Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • A full UK driving licence (essential) you'll need to transport young people to appointments, school, social activities etc
  • Compassion, resilience, and the ability to build strong relationships with young people

Shift Pattern

Long shifts plus sleep ins. Rolling 3-week rota, averaging 10 shifts per month.
