About Us: Tailored Education Solutions (TES) arose from two passionate educators’ recognition of the need for a more inclusive and personalised approach to education. Their focus: students with diverse learning needs, especially those who have been out of education for extended periods.

We are seeking experienced Associate Tutors to provide high-quality 1:1 support for children and young people, including learners with SEND, neurodiversity, disrupted education, medical needs, and EOTAS packages.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver 1:1 tutoring (face-to-face and online)
  • Plan and adapt sessions to meet individual needs
  • Build strong relationships with learners and families
  • Track progress and feedback appropriately
  • Work in line with safeguarding and professional boundaries

A successful candidate will have:

  • Qualified and experienced educators and tutors
  • Confident adapting teaching for a range of needs and contexts
  • Strong communication and reliability
  • Comfortable using digital tools for online tuition
  • Enhanced DBS required.

Location: Opportunities across Rotherham and South Yorkshire (including areas such as Rotherham centre, Wickersley, Whiston, Maltby, Dinnington, Laughton) plus online tutoring

Salary: Self Employed/ Freelance: £33.00 per hour, inclusive of planning and preparation time

Hours: Work offered flexibly based on student needs and your availability.
