My client is a growing, respected construction firm delivering high-quality domestic and commercial projects ranging from £100 to £1.5m. We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated and capable Contracts Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow with us. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing day-to-day operations across multiple live sites
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, subcontractors and the wider team
- Ensuring high standards of health & safety and project quality
- Monitoring progress and reporting against programme timelines
- Assisting with variations, valuations and estimating as needed
- Ordering subcontractors and materials
- Submitting invoices and ensuring timely distribution
What They’re Looking For:
- Experience in delivering construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of current building regulations and best practices
- Clear communicator with excellent client-facing skills
- A high standard of finish and attention to detail across all work
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (flexible for the right candidate)
- SMSTS preferred; relevant qualifications desirable
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Familiarity with IT systems and tools, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Relevant certifications in contract management or related fields are a plus
