My client is a growing, respected construction firm delivering high-quality domestic and commercial projects ranging from £100 to £1.5m. We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated and capable Contracts Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow with us. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing day-to-day operations across multiple live sites
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, subcontractors and the wider team
  • Ensuring high standards of health & safety and project quality
  • Monitoring progress and reporting against programme timelines
  • Assisting with variations, valuations and estimating as needed
  • Ordering subcontractors and materials
  • Submitting invoices and ensuring timely distribution

  • Experience in delivering construction projects on time and within budget
  • Strong knowledge of current building regulations and best practices
  • Clear communicator with excellent client-facing skills
  • A high standard of finish and attention to detail across all work
  • Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (flexible for the right candidate)
  • SMSTS preferred; relevant qualifications desirable
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Familiarity with IT systems and tools, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Relevant certifications in contract management or related fields are a plus
