Supply Chain Graduate - Fresh Produce

Our Client is a dynamic, fast-paced Fresh Produce service provider supplying a variety of customers, with an exciting portfolio of Fresh Food Products. We offer the opportunity of Supply Chain Graduate to join the team. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the position of Supply Chain Graduate will work closely with retail customers to ensure the smooth flow of product supply through effective management of purchase orders, stock sheets, raw material allocation, and honest & open communication with the customer. Key responsibilities; Ensure all processes and documentation are accurate Review daily raw material stock levels via stock sheets Physical stock checks, within a large warehouse / packing facility Monitor & investigate stock movements and record data accurately on the ERP system Ensure that all relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are accurately documented and maintained Work with colleagues and partnering departments effectively, increasing more accurate stock usage data We require; Experience in a customer focused position, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels Excellent IT skills, with experience on ERP systems (Prophet highly beneficial) Fresh Produce / Food / FMCG exposure highly advantageous Experience of stock control / stock management ideal Attention to detail & precise numeracy ability Salary; £25-30k Hours; Monday to Friday Location: Essex
