We currently offer a fantastic opportunity to join a successful Fresh Produce supplier, who are at the forefront of their product categories within the industry, supplying UK Retailers with the best produce from Worldwide Growers. Due to continued success, we are delighted to offer the opportunity of Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team.
Working as part of a dedicated team to ensure the smooth supply of Fresh Produce across 7 days a week, the position of Supply Chain Coordinator will report to the Supply Chain team and will work closely with Procurement Managers and commercial colleagues becoming fundamental in the success of fresh produce product supply to key retail customers.
This opportunity offers a varied portfolio of responsibilities to include:
- Manage daily and weekly planning in the ERP system to ensure production is planned for optimal performance and to meet business and customer demands.
- Close jobs on the ERP system once complete ensuring full traceability of stock and packaging is maintained and information captured is accurate for invoicing.
- Monitor and investigate if stock movements within the production team are recorded accurately on the ERP system.
We require:
- Previous experience within a similar key support role, with exposure to ERP systems, ideally Prophet.
- Stock Planning and Supply Chain experience within Fresh Produce is essential.
- Attention to detail, with excellent IT and numeracy skills; Microsoft, Excel.
- Confident ability to work with all colleagues at all levels positively.
Salary: up to £28k
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Hours: This role will work Tuesday to Saturday.
