Our Client is a successful Grower of Fruit, supplying the retail sector with an impressive quality of product. We now offer the opportunity to become a fundamental member of the business working as Production Manager to assist with the effective management of the busy packhouse.

The Production Manager will be responsible for running the production on the floor of a very busy seasonal fruit packhouse, packing product to meet the needs of retail supermarket customer specifications.

You will join the management team and work alongside the Packhouse.

  • Requisites Fresh Produce / Fresh Food sector experienced production individual
  • Confident ability within a Fresh Food / Fresh Produce packing facility
  • Personable, encouraging, and hands-on management approach and experience
  • Knowledge of expectations and standards required in the supply of fresh product to retail customers
