Key Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with a counterpart, focusing on maximizing value and ensuring stability across a complex fresh produce supply chain.
- Category Ownership: Full accountability for the procurement of Fresh Produce across key Fruit categories, mainly Stone Fruit.
- Negotiation: Stock Management: Strategic planning and management of stock to guarantee volume and minimize waste across the supply chain.
