Salary: c 30k + benefits

Location: West Sussex

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Standard Office Hours)

The Opportunity: Our client is a leading Fresh Produce specialist in the West Sussex area. This new role will report to the HR Manager and support the business with processing documentation, general reporting and other administrative duties. Are you an organised and people focused Administrator with a passion for supporting worker wellbeing? This role will work within a busy farming business supporting a diverse workforce. This role will combine office administration with worker welfare and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seasonal labour recruitment and conducting interviews
  • Carry out Right to Work checks in line with legal and company requirements
  • Prepare induction packs, labels, and onboarding materials for new starters
  • Provide welfare and support to colleagues, including assistance with bank appointments, GP visits, National Insurance applications, and on-site medical support
  • Act as the first point of contact for workers, visitors, deliveries, and incoming post.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Bulgarian.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive, positive, and solution-focused approach.
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to use initiative.
  • Strong organisational skills.
