Strategy Execution: Own the technical roadmap, driving improvements in product quality, shelf-life, and waste reduction. Supply Chain Integrity: Manage food safety and quality standards across the entire supply chain, from crop production to final delivery. Continuous Improvement: Lead the site toward "Best in Class" status, identifying efficiencies through data-led decision-making. What You’ll Bring: Produce Pedigree: Minimum 3+ years in a Technical Management or Senior Technologist role specifically within Fresh Produce.
