An exciting opportunity has become available with our client, a successful food supplier to retailers. We are currently seeking a HR Coordinator to become an integral part of the business and assist the dedicated HR team.
This is a key HR Coordinator position within the company, reporting to and supporting the HR Manager, and managing processes related to resource, training, and guidance across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure HR best practices are adhered to.
- Manage recruitment requirements and projects.
- Work closely with the management team to encourage staff development and progression.
- Handle new starters/inductions, leavers/exit interviews, absence management, disciplinary matters, and agency legislation efficiently.

Details:
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
- Salary: £32,000 – £35,000, dependent on experience
- Location: Kent
Requirements:
- Ideally CIPD qualified.
- Exposure to FMCG / food industry would be beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised, professional, and personable approach.
