Supplying an exciting portfolio of Fresh Produce products to the UK retail market, we are seeking a Technical Food Graduate to join the business in a newly created and exciting opportunity.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Senior Technical Manager and take ownership of allocated product categories to ensure raw materials / fresh produce products meet all the compliance requirements of the end customer.

We require;

Food Science / Food Technology / Agriculture Graduate with a placement year in industry is essential

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels

Knowledge of HACCP, Auditing, Food Safety would be highly advantageous

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure

The role will include national and international travel for the business. This will include visiting and auditing suppliers, packhouses and farms worldwide. The role gives the opportunity to gain first-hand experiences and development within the technical team of a fresh produce business.

Offering an individual at Graduate level the opportunity to join a passionate and progressive business within Fresh Produce, this position will gain invaluable skills and insight within the technical division and build on education / qualifications gained to date.
