The position of Supply Chain Administrator will work in a fast-paced fresh produce environment, assisting the management team to ensure all aspects of the supply chain are efficient and meet the standards required.
The position of Sales Administrator will work as a key member of the administrative team, with a focus on supporting management and managing the accurate updating of the company systems.
Key Duties
- Allocate fresh produce stock in rotation sufficient to produce customers next day/same day demand.
- Ensuring at all times that the third party packers are using the stock allocated.
- Ensure that all product is used efficiently and effectively to maximise yields.
- Provide information to the customers operations team to facilitate the most efficient distribution solution versus packing requirement.
Requirements
- Experience gained within an administration / supply chain support function, with exposure to the Fresh Produce supply chain proving advantageous.
- High level of professionalism and a confident approach, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confident IT Skills; Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel ability.

Hours: 4 on 4 off day shift (06.00 to 18.00)
