Our Client is passionate about Fresh Produce and successfully supplies a high standard of product to the UK retailers. We currently offer an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor to join the business at an exciting time of growth. The position will work in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for organising the safe and efficient receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch of product and equipment throughout the facility.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, develop and coach operational staff
  • Coordinating drivers, vehicles and loads, ensuring documentation is completed as defined by SOPs
  • Monitoring stock levels and reporting any storage issues
  • Carrying out daily inspections of operational areas
  • Ensuring waste throughout the operation is controlled safely and efficiently
  • Planning workload, allocating tasks and monitoring progress against targets

We require:

  • Fresh Produce / Food / FMCG sector exposure
  • Experience across logistics / warehouse / stock control / import & export
  • Confident ability to work with and organise hauliers, clearing agents, 3rd party packers
  • Excellent IT & numeracy skills, the ability to use systems, spreadsheets, and multitask is key

Location: Kent

Salary: up to £40k - dependent on experience

Working 5 nights per week, Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am
