Occupational Therapist Case Manager

This opportunity is working for a Rehab and Injury case management specialist company They are one of the UKs largest independent providers of rehabilitation case management services. Typical patients would have sustained a Brain injury, Spinal cord injury or Major Trauma Job locations Available: Yorkshire, Bedford, Scotland ( part time 3 days a week) REMOTE WORKING -although this role is remote it will involve some field-based assessments and meetings to much be located in the areas above Salary Package up to £45,000 + Bonus of Yearly £4,500 – £4,800 ( which will be paid Quarterly) Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm They also have these roles on a part time basis across 3 days a week if that suits better.
