Must be Located in these areas: London, East of England , Midlands, Yorkshire, Nort West

This opportunity is working for a Rehab and Injury case management specialist company They are one of the UK’s largest independent providers of rehabilitation case management services.

Typical patients would have sustained a Brain injury, Spinal cord injury or Major Trauma

Duties

• Overseeing a team of 8 Case Managers
• Involved in Audits
• Services development
• Giving Expertise’s and mentoring

Requirements

• Ideally 3 years Case Management experience
• Will look at Physios/Occupational therapists/Nurse – wth Senior Lead exp
• Must have HCPC or NMC
• Right to work in UK
• Drive with own Car
