This opportunity is working for a Rehab and Injury case management specialist company. They are one of the UK’s largest independent providers of rehabilitation case management services.
Typical patients would have sustained a brain injury, spinal cord injury or major trauma.
Job locations available: Midlands and Greater Manchester. Although this role is remote, it will involve some field-based assessments and meetings. Candidates must be located in the areas above or within 1 hour.
Salary package up to £45,000 + bonus of yearly £4,500 - £4,800 (which will be paid quarterly). Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm. There are also part-time roles available across 3 days a week if that suits better.
MUST BE AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST with experience in neuro, trauma, brain injury or spinal injury and have dealt with patient rehabilitation.
Duties:
- Carrying out initial assessments
- Supporting clients to identify & achieve full potential or focused goals
- The aim would be to facilitate a return to work or the best possible functionality
- Setting out a road map for recovery
- Identifying any potential barriers to recovery
- Point of contact to client/patient
- Working in conjunction with family members, employers, medical professionals & insurance organisations
- Implementing & monitoring
