In this role, you will be working closely with our Marketing Director to help drive our internal marketing efforts, ensuring our brand presence, lead generation, and content strategy align with our growth goals. You’ll focus on executing campaigns, optimizing performance, and refining our messaging to attract new clients and strengthen our positioning in the digital marketing industry.

A little about us:

  • We’re a small, fast-growing digital marketing agency (17 full-time employees and counting!)
  • Fully remote, work from anywhere!
  • We offer significant growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.

Here’s what we’re looking for in a Marketing Specialist:

  • Proven Marketing Execution: 3+ years of experience in internal marketing, ideally within a digital marketing agency but that’s not a hard requirement. Ability to assist in executing multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, email, content, organic social).
  • Very High English Proficiency: C1/C2 (Advanced/Mastery) level required. While you won’t be writing long-form content from scratch, you must be able to repurpose and polish existing text to a native-level standard. Exceptional proofreading skills and a mastery of American English idioms, tone, and grammar are essential.
  • Content & Brand Strategy: Experience in developing and refining messaging, assisting in content creation and distribution (blogs, case studies, social media), and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Performance-Driven Mindset: Comfortable analyzing marketing data and KPIs to measure campaign success and optimize for conversion and engagement. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media ad platforms is a plus.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Lead Generation & Campaign Execution: Help develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, improve conversion rates, and build brand awareness.
  • Content Creation & Distribution: Help refine our content marketing creation and distribution, including things like blog posts, email newsletters, case studies, and social media posts.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to refine marketing efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design and paid media teams to align messaging, ad creative, and landing pages with overall brand goals.

Strategic & Performance KPIs

  • Brand Awareness & Engagement: Goal: Help increase website traffic, social media engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Goal: Help improve inbound lead generation and optimize conversion rates for marketing funnels.
