PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE REQUIRES YOU TO WORK VARYING SHIFT PATTERNS About You We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting the details right. Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational and administrative skills Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel A proactive and positive approach to problem solving Strong communication skills and confidence working with different teams The ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities A high level of reliability, flexibility and punctuality Experience within food manufacturing, quality control, warehouse operations or stock administration would be advantageous Knowledge of food safety, quality systems, BRC standards or warehouse processes would be beneficial Key Responsibilities Inspect incoming deliveries, particularly fresh produce, ensuring quality and quantity match specifications and delivery documentation. Check all inbound pallets and packaging for cleanliness, condition and compliance. Receive stock within NAV and WMS systems, generate GRNs and ensure all goods are correctly labelled for full traceability. Monitor product discrepancies, including labels, ingredients and critical stock items, escalating issues where required. Conduct routine temperature monitoring across warehouse chillers, freezer areas and storage locations, maintaining accurate records. Carry out warehouse quality and compliance inspections, including hygiene, equipment and environmental checks. Complete scheduled pest control monitoring checks and report concerns immediately. Conduct chemical, equipment and production start-up checks in line with food safety procedures.
