As the guardian of quality, you’ll be the frontline hero ensuring every Critical Control Point (CCP) stays locked down tight — no slip-ups on your watch! You’ll:
- Audit key safety checkpoints and keep our products squeaky clean and compliant.
- Dive into our Food Safety and Quality Management System, making sure all allergen controls and hygiene rules are followed to the letter.
- Lead GMP audits and tick off our Compliance Observation Process like a pro.
- Be the detective behind complaint investigations, getting to the root cause and solving issues fast.
- Inspect products to guarantee they meet specs, laws, and top-notch quality — anything off, you’ll flag it immediately.
- Keep a sharp eye on temperatures from chillers to freezers and food products using precision probes.
- Quarantine anything that doesn’t meet the mark — safety first, always!
- Collect daily checklists and keep all documentation spotless.
- Lead your team by example, guiding QC colleagues and ensuring the technical equipment is always in tip-top shape.
- Join the taste panel and be part of deciding what makes our products delicious.
- Take on the important roles of Fire Warden and First Aider — your skills save the day!
- Jump in wherever you’re needed in our dynamic Technical Department.
