Taiko is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for night shifts to uphold quality, safety and compliance across production. You will drive BRCGS and customer standards, manage audits (GMP, glass, wood) and lead investigations of non-conformances with robust root cause analysis.
You will train new starters, coordinate pest control and chemical suppliers, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement and swift corrective actions.
