Over the past 25 years Taiko has launched more first to market Sushi and Food to Go products than any other sushi manufacturer in the UK.
What you’ll need:
- A brilliant recruitment partner who works collaboratively with stakeholders to gain successful outcomes.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally.

Key Accountabilities:
- Being an ambassador for the company, driving and attracting talent to join through engagement, social media, networking.
- Fostering partnerships with third party organisations to include universities, charities etc.
- Proactively identify new opportunities and methods to attract a diverse range of candidates to join the company.
- Lead, develop and support colleagues from all departments when required on recruitment best practices to drive continuous improvement and ensure a brilliant candidate journey.
- Support in developing strategies to drive productivity and improve processes and procedures so that performance targets are not only met but exceeded.
- Manage end to end recruitment processes for salaried roles within the group and maximise the use of our systems and technologies, ensuring effective processes.
- Responsible for leveraging data and metrics to recruitment effectiveness across each part of the business when requested.
- Proactively lead updates on all open positions to the business and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders/hiring managers.
- Coach and offer support to new hiring managers into the business, when required in a way that optimises performance, including training and guidance to the team on strategies and best practice – lead by example.
- Prepare and deliver high level reporting for senior stakeholders.
