As an experienced Quality Manager, you are driven by a passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance across all operational areas. With a solid background in BRCGS and customer-specific standards, you ensure that the company's products meet both regulatory and customer expectations consistently.
You possess expertise in developing and maintaining robust auditing programs, including GMP, glass, wood, and physical audits, as well as conducting daily quality assurance checks and managing technical documentation. Your role is pivotal in managing internal audits, handling non-conformances, and overseeing the root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer complaints, ensuring that each issue is addressed promptly and effectively.
Your strong communication skills and collaborative approach enable you to work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, providing support and guidance to customer-facing teams. You're also the main point of contact for pest control and chemical suppliers, ensuring compliance and safety in every aspect of the operation.
With a commitment to continuous improvement, you proactively provide training for new starters, fostering a culture of quality and safety across the team. Your ability to analyze and resolve issues quickly, while maintaining a sharp focus on quality standards, makes you an invaluable asset to the team.
What you'll be doing:
- Ensure compliance with BRCGS standards
- Ensure compliance with customers standards as well as the customer’s COP
- Internal Auditing management
- Non-conformances management
- Developing and maintaining a robust auditing program to include GMP, glass, wood and other physical audits
- Conducting daily QA checks, assessing raw materials specifications, management of technical runner
- Providing training for new starters
- Lead investigation and root cause analysis for all non-conformances and customer complaints
- Link with customer-facing teams and provide support to these teams
- Main contact for pest control and chemical supplier
Must be able to work 4 on 4 off nights.
