Accounts Payable Assistant (6 Month FTC) Finance – Taiko Acton Contract: Full Time
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000

• Create new vendors on Nav & Concur.
• Monitor manual expense mail box, chase approvals, answer queries, process and post all expenses.
• Request approvals and post overhead invoices.
• Post maintenance invoices once approved, raise queries and request credit notes.
• Update urgent payment spreadsheet.
• Request statements and reconcile 60 vendors accounts.
• Prepare accrual of unposted invoices.
• Monitor AP mail box, post all overhead invoices when senior ap is holiday.
