Wonderfield Group is seeking a Head of Property to lead reactive and planned maintenance across the estate, ensuring safety, compliance and value. You will develop the Property team and use data to drive commercial decisions as we expand across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
Working with Retail and Restaurant Operations, Finance, Procurement and Health & Safety, you will manage the maintenance budget, monitor KPIs and drive a proactive maintenance programme at our Head Office.
