We have a permanent, full time position available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £39,050 per year. The role of Technology & Innovation Trainer is responsible for collaborating and working in partnership with the L&D Team and the wider business to create engaging and user-friendly content that enhances digital literacy across the organisation.
Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, the Trainer works with our internal stakeholders to design, deliver and evaluate user training for Tai Tarian application. Collaborating and integrating within internal departments and external providers, this role is responsible for identifying learning needs and the skills, knowledge, and experience required to deliver services effectively and delivering learning interventions that contribute to continuous improvement, consistency, and successful outcomes for the service.
To be successful in the role of Technology & Innovation Trainer you will be educated to a minimum Level 5 CIPD in Learning & Development or other training related certification, or equivalent experience. You should also be qualified in training in Assistive Products or Train the Trainer certification, or have a commitment to work towards this.
