As a Registered Social Landlord Tai Tarian, we are currently recruiting for the position of Non-Executive Director in Neath Port Talbot, requiring an average of 1.5 days per month, with a remuneration of £6000 per annum.
Role Overview: As a Tai Tarian Non-Executive Director, you will be part of a Board that provides strategic leadership, monitors the overall performance of the organisation, and takes responsibility for decisions about the organisation’s finances, standards, and policies, ensuring the highest levels of assurance from the Executive Management Team.
We are looking for:
- Experienced decision-maker, committed to outstanding corporate governance and passionate about the key role social housing plays in our economy and local communities.
- Experience in Human Resources and Organisational Development at a strategic level.
- Suitable professional qualification in this area, an understanding of corporate strategy, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Desirable: Understanding of challenges faced by residents living in Neath Port Talbot communities.
