We are recruiting for a permanent, full‑time position with a competitive pay and benefits package, starting at £35,234 per year and rising to £39,050 per year after key competencies are met.
The Property Compliance Officer reports to the Senior Compliance Supervisor and is responsible for all electrical compliance for our housing stock, ensuring Tai Tarian complies with all relevant electrical legislation and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and monitor electrical risks and compliance within our properties.
- Ensure compliance with electrical legislation and mitigate risk for the organisation.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain electrical standards.
- Up‑to‑date technical knowledge and skills in electrical compliance.
- Knowledge of the TCW Auditing system.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
