As a Registered Social Landlord, Tai Tarian is recruiting for a Non-Executive Director in Neath Port Talbot. The role requires an average commitment of 1.5 days per month and offers £6,000 per annum.

As a Tai Tarian Non-Executive Director you will be part of a board that provides strategic leadership, monitors overall performance of the organisation and takes responsibility for decisions about the organisation's finances, standards and policies, ensuring the highest levels of assurance from the Executive Management Team.

We are particularly interested in applicants with experience in Human Resources and Organisational Development at a strategic level. Candidates should be suitably professionally qualified in this area, be able to demonstrate an understanding of corporate strategy, share our values and can work as part of a team. An understanding of the challenges faced by residents living in Neath Port Talbot communities is desirable.
