Housing Assistant (Enhanced Housing Management Team)1x Permanent, Full-Time position, available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £27,332 a year, rising to £29,805 per year after key competencies of the role are met.
Tai Tarian is growing and we are looking for a self-motivated, resilient Housing Assistant to join us. You\’ll be joining our support team at a pivotal moment as this is without doubt, a challenging time for the housing sector. The successful candidate will work proactively with our contract holders and collaborate with internal teams to ensure our service is delivered.
Reporting to the Team Leader, this role is responsible for providing practical and hands on person centred support to contract holders. Enabling them to manage the terms and conditions of their agreements. Working within the guidelines, processes and procedures to engage with external stakeholders to achieve our key Housing objective of great Service Delivery Standards by meeting the set measures of success.
To be successful in the role of Housing Assistant our new team member will be educated to Level 2 in a relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
The successful candidate will also require a satisfactory DBS check upon appointment.
