Tai Tarian is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic candidate to carry out work locally in our properties and related assets. The role is permanent with a starting salary of £35,234 per year. There are opportunities for career growth in many technical and management directions.

Hourly Rate: £19.31 per hour

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8am - 3:30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake skilled maintenance work within your designated trades.
  • Provide practical skilled expertise within your area of expertise to ensure service demands are met timely, effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Level 3 NVQ qualification in Plumbing and another skilled trade.
  • Experience in the trades.
  • Valid CSCS card and valid driving licence.
