Community & Customer Manager As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self-motivated, Community & Customer Manager to provide a proactive and effective service for the contact centre, customer liaison, leaseholder liaison, tenant engagement and community engagement operations. This role is permanent with a starting salary of £53,164 a year, rising to £55,672 after key competencies of the role are met. Criteria for Role: To be successful in the role of, Community & Customer Manager you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in one of the key areas of customer experience, stakeholder management and community engagement. About the role Reporting to the Head of Communication & Stakeholder Engagement this role is responsible for the: contact centre, customer liaison, leaseholder liaison, tenant engagement and community engagement operations.
