Business Support Assistant – 1x Permanent, Full-time position
As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self‑motivated, enthusiastic Business Support Assistant to provide comprehensive business support to the Community Housing Team.
Reporting to the Team Leader, the role delivers timely and effective customer service by liaising with internal teams, suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and efficient operations and processes. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
This is a permanent role with a salary of £26,457 per year, working 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Provide essential administrative support to the Community Housing Team, including:
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- High IT literacy, especially Microsoft Teams/Office and other relevant systems/databases.
- Proven track record in office administration or business support functions.
- People‑centric communication with internal or external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum: Level 2 education or equivalent experience in a similar role.
