2x Full-Time positions, available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £28,425 a year, rising to £30,997 per year after key competencies of the role are met. Tai Tarian is growing and we are looking for a self-motivated, resilient Trainee Housing Officer to join us. You will complete a set trainee programme within Housing Operations to gain a comprehensive understanding of company policies, procedures, role specific knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, and behaviours.
Reporting to the Housing Operations Team Leader, the purpose of this role is to provide an opportunity to develop our next generation of housing professionals through a structured combination of formal learning and practical experience. You will be expected to attain a Level 4 Housing qualification, along with gaining the relevant competencies, skills, and experiences outlined in your formal trainee programme.
