We have a permanent, full-time position available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £33,879 rising to £37,548 per year after key competencies of the role are met.
The role of Technical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating roles relating to new build and development properties including:
- Assessment of land
- Site acquisition
- Pre-development programme monitoring
- Post-completion matters
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including Welsh Government and other statutory bodies as required.
