Systems Analyst - Powers APPS in Briton Ferry

We are currently looking for a Systems Analyst - Powers APPS who will be responsible for delivering the technical elements of an organisational wide application transformation programme. Working within the T&I Innovation team this role will support the wider organisation in the continued delivery of a customer focused service, ensuring business applications support the organisation in its day-to-day activities. This role will provide excellent customer service, adopting a people centric approach in the design, development and implementation of new and innovative approaches to solutions that meet the growing demands of the organisation and our customers.

• Deliver the technical elements of an organisational wide application transformation programme.
• Support the wider organisation in the continued delivery of a customer focused service.
• Ensure business applications support the organisation in its day-to-day activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and a people-centric approach in the design, development and implementation of new solutions.

• Competence in carrying out a role of a similar nature.
• Demonstrable 18 months experience working in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Aareon’s QL system would be an advantage in supporting the organisation using the application effectively and understanding the data architecture for API and reporting needs.
• Some experience in building AI agents would be useful.
• Educated to a minimum Level 6, degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant subject.
