About the role
As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian seeks a self‑motivated and enthusiastic Painter to carry out work locally on our properties and related assets. The role is permanent, offers a salary of £33,024 per year, and provides opportunities for career growth across technical and management directions.
Working Hours
35 hours per week (8‑am to 3:30‑pm, Monday–Friday).
Responsibilities
- Undertake repair and maintenance work on properties.
- Provide practical skilled expertise in painting to maintain properties and communities to a high standard.
- Ensure service demands are met timely, effectively, and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 NVQ qualification in Painting with related experience.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Valid driving licence.
Reporting
Reports to the Team Leader.
