We are recruiting for a permanent, full-time position with a competitive pay and benefits package, starting salary of £39,050 per year. The Property Compliance Officer reports to the Senior Compliance Supervisor and is responsible for all electrical compliance for our housing stock, ensuring compliance with relevant electrical legislation and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and monitor electrical risks and compliance within properties.
  • Ensure compliance and mitigate risk for the organisation.

Qualifications:

  • Up-to-date technical knowledge and skills in electrical compliance.
  • Knowledge of TCW Auditing system.
  • At least three years professional experience in a similar role.
