We are recruiting for a permanent, full-time Planner within our Property Compliance team. The role reports to the Compliance Supervisor and is responsible for all electrical and fire compliance for our housing stock, ensuring compliance with relevant electrical and fire legislation and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to schedule follow-on remedial requirements.
  • Process certificates in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure compliance across multiple disciplines within the service.

Qualifications and experience

  • Previous experience or relevant transferable skills.
  • A commitment to understand and learn technical aspects of all areas of the compliance service.
  • Some knowledge of fire and electrical compliance.

Salary and benefits
