We have a permanent, full-time position available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £33,879 rising to £37,548 per year after key competencies of the role are met.
Reporting to Senior Operations Supervisor, this role is responsible for the inspection of major works projects and developments across our housing stock, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and regulatory standards.
Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in protecting asset value, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the organisation's environmental and decarbonisation commitments.
