Are you an experienced decision-maker, committed to outstanding corporate governance and passionate about the key role social housing plays in our economy and local communities? As a Tai Tarian Non‑Executive Committee member, you will be part of a team that provides strategic leadership, monitors the overall performance of the organisation, and takes responsibility for decisions about the organisation’s finances, standards and policies, ensuring the highest levels of assurance from the Executive Management Team.

Qualifications

  • We are particularly interested in applicants with commercial experience in:
    • Legal aspects of Development
    • Asset and Property Management

You should be suitably professionally qualified in this area and be able to demonstrate an understanding of corporate strategy, share our values, and can work as part of a team. An understanding of challenges faced by residents living in Neath Port Talbot communities is desirable.
