The organisation is modernising how HR supports the business with a strong focus on systems, data, operating models and colleague experience.
The HR Transformation Business Partner will work closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to design and deliver impactful transformation initiatives. The role will be pivotal in shaping modern, data driven people change initiatives, championing efficient delivery of new business ideas, aligned to our colleague operating model. The role will shape employee culture by ensuring smooth adoption of new HR systems, processes and ways of working, taking a customer first approach to employee experience.

Key Responsibilities- Be the HR subject matter expert and bridge for the Elevate transformation programme.
- Partner with key stakeholders and senior leaders to design and deliver HR transformation initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Lead the implementation of people aspects of organisation-wide transformation programmes, including service redesign, operating model changes, and cultural change.
- Work in partnership on change management projects, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and ways of working, focussing on the people in the process.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, employee experience, and organisational effectiveness.
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and measure transformation impact.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to implement innovative solutions.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and agility within the HR function.
- Proven experience in HR transformation and organisational change.
- Strong understanding of HR operating models, systems, and best practice.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with experience using HR data to drive insights.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- CIPD level 7 qualification (or equivalent).
- Be part of a high-impact transformation programme.
