We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time position with a competitive pay and benefits package including a salary of £30,997 per year.

Reporting to the Housing Team Leader, this role supports the effective management of the housing waiting list to maximise income for the organisation in relation to the shared lettings policy.

Liaising with internal teams, housing applicants and partner agencies, this role is responsible for providing an effective and efficient service.

This role contributes to the delivery of our key Housing objective of great Service Delivery Standards by meeting the set measures of success.
