We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full‑time position with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £40,202 per year, rising to £43,448 per year after key competencies of the role are met.
The role of Construction Co‑ordinator is a pivotal role in our Development Team, responsible for leading programme delivery through supervising and inspecting the on‑site delivery of special projects or development contracts from contract stage to practical completion and handover.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspect on‑site delivery of special projects or development contracts from contract stage to practical completion and handover.
- Lead programme delivery and conduct administration & organisation of contracts, ensuring scheme files are accurate and up to date.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 4, HNC in Construction or equivalent experience.
- Valid site safety Health & Safety Certificate (SMSTS, IOSH).
- Competence in carrying out a role of a similar nature, up to date with the technical knowledge and skills required within your area and level of expertise.
