Neighbourhood Assistant
Tai Tarian is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Neighbourhood Assistant to carry out work locally in our properties and related assets.
The role is permanent with a salary of £23,613 a year. As we expand to meet demand there are opportunities for career growth in many technical and management directions so there is room for you to forge your perfect job.
Requirements
To be successful in the role of Neighbourhood Assistant you will be required to have experience in a role of a similar nature, hold a current valid driving licence (a driving assessment will be required to drive company vehicles). You must also have a reasonable level of physical fitness and agility.
About the role
The role of Neighbourhood Assistant is a pivotal role as the successful candidate will assist with the clearance of void properties including removal of tenants\’ abandoned possessions, carpets, and floor coverings to ensure our properties and communities are maintained to the highest possible standard. You can expect a high level of planning and office support to enjoy a productive working day.
