Tai Tarian is looking for a self‑motivated, enthusiastic painter to carry out work locally in our properties and related assets. The role is permanent with a salary of £33,024 a year. As we expand to meet demand there are opportunities for career growth in many technical and management directions.
Working hours: 35 hours per week, 8am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday.
Criteria for the role:
- A minimum Level 3 NVQ qualification in painting
- Experience
- A valid CSCS card
- A valid driving licence
About the role:
Reporting to the Team Leader, this role is responsible for undertaking repair and maintenance work to our properties. You will provide practical skilled expertise in your designated trade to ensure our properties and communities are maintained to the highest possible standard and that service demands are met timely, effectively, and efficiently.
