Tai Tarian is seeking an Operations Manager – Income on a fixed-term contract for up to 12 months. You will provide operational leadership for the income function, maximise rental income, and support tenancy sustainability through robust analysis and insight.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead a large team, coordinate rent reviews, and work with Finance to align income, arrears and forecasting with the organisation’s financial resilience and social purpose.
