A permanent, full-time position is available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £40,202 a year, rising to £43,448 per year after key competencies of the role are met.
Tai Tarian is growing and we are looking for a self-motivated, resilient Housing Team Leader to join us. You will be joining our support team at a pivotal moment as this is a challenging time for the housing sector. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer services through championing a customer first approach to both internal and external customers, making every contact count.
Reporting to the Housing Operations Manager, this role will lead and manage the delivery of a high-quality housing operational team of Housing Officers and Assistants to ensure service demands are met timely, effectively, and efficiently with the best possible customer experience.
This role will provide technical expertise in Housing Management, internally to colleagues and employees as well as engaging with external stakeholders. Collaborating with service partners, building partnerships with other organisations and agencies, contributing to achieving our key housing objective of great Service Delivery Standards by meeting the set measures of success.
