Housing Officer (Internal Only)
1x 12 Month Fixed Term, Full-Time position, available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £35,234 a year, rising to £39,050 per year after key competencies of the role are met.
Tai Tarianis growing and we are looking for a self-motivated, resilient Housing Officer to join us. You\’ll be joining our support team at a pivotal moment as this is without doubt, a challenging time for the housing sector. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer services through championing a customer first approach to both internal and external customers, making every contact count.
Reporting to the Housing Team Leader, this role will manage caseloads by organising work effectively for the service.
This role will provide technical knowledge of Housing Management within defined guidelines, processes and procedures, internally to managers and employees as well as engaging with external stakeholders, including customers and service providers, building partnerships with other organisations and agencies.
